Yup, the title covers most of today’s action!
But despite the kinda boring and very bumpy Great Eastern Hwy (gotta fix that junk tarmac Main Roads…) it was great to see the FORM commissioned artworks at Northam and Merredin as part of the Silo Art Trail and later on Lake Cowan which although flat and dry, made for a striking landscape with small peaks in the distance.
Once returning to the familiar tarmac of Eyre Hwy, it quickly dawned on me that I should’ve considered how much earlier sunset tales place out here, with a tense final hour to Balladonia in the dark while a large wild bull stood roadside and dramatic lightning flashed up ahead.
What a relief to see that single light that is the BP logo, coming out of the pitch black road.
Photos to come.
Good night and Happy Easter 😃🐰
