- First day in the lovely Faroes needs a sleep in, of course and no local options for breakfast I figured I’d head into town and collect the rental car, get brekkie at the harbour and hit the shopping mall (only one in the country) to find a nice jumper. No luck with the jumper but scored a nice technical alpine jacket then lunch!
- Today I finally got the Mavic Pro into flight and while I do regret not doing this earlier – since it’s so much easier to operate than I expected – I’m glad I did wait for a quiet and calm afternoon to get some basic experience. Looking forward to spontaneous flights on the following roadtrip journeys to see higher and further than we could ever do.
