Reflecting on the daily highlights, I’ll write a summary to keep you posted in a more timely manner, same goes for the rest of the journey as the pace picks up a few notches!
– Visited the tiny fishing town of Å (Å i Lofoten) including a brisk walk to the nearby fjord and brunch.
– Attempted an ascent to the peak of Reinebringen, but slippery conditions amid light showers made me call off the 400m climb, still consider it a success making it a quarter of the way up
– Hostile and useless service from the cafeteria at Bodø Station, on principle I happily walked down the street to Peppes Pizza 😉
– Looking forward to tonight’s overnight train on the NSB Sove service before the roadtrip starts proper in the morning.
